Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. Most items will ship within 2-3 business days once received at the warehouse.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at [email protected].
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to [email protected] and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Returns:
Mattresses & Adjustable Beds
Mattress and adjustable bed returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress and/ or adjustable bed, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return.
Mattresses only qualify for a full refund if a mattress protector was used during the 100-day trial period. If the mattress is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
As a Certified B Corporation™, Malouf™ is dedicated to sustainable practices and giving back to those in need. Upon starting a return, we request you donate the mattress to a 501(c)(3) charity. Once you have emailed your proof of donation, Malouf will process your refund.
For an adjustable bed to be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the base before initiating your return. If the adjustable base is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
Furniture & Accessories
Furniture returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the furniture must be functional, clean, and undamaged. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. Once it arrives, we will do an inspection of the furniture before initiating your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
All accessory returns (bedding, pillows, protectors, and toppers) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product cannot be opened or used. You can also initiate a return if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your return. If the product is damaged when delivered to your home, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
